Lets suppose that PlanetQuo and DBS "go way back"; cyber-friends of sorts. Over the time DBS has convinced himself that PlanetQuo is 'legit'. For example: PlanetQuo defended DBS & Associates quite forcefully against the usual smears from debus on p1 and p2 of the famous thread.

Again, without arguing facts, a fight ensues and from the "old friend's" perspective, PlanetQuo gets 'wrongly' accused of being up to no good. What would an emotional reaction look like? Yep, my friend is cool, therefore they are not - an equation that does not compute in an analytical sense, but is very prevalent. It works badly in reverse as well; "Proemio's sister's gardener is... ... therefore..." - not useful, but prevalent.

While considering WHO is a useful factor in making assessments about someone's motive, without the HOW, the WHAT and even the WHEN, it can be a dangerous trap.
